Sake brewing woven with tradition
The sake brewing at Sato Sajiemon Sake Brewery is supported by the brewers who have traditional techniques and passion. Toji Toda Yoshito has created the new Yamato Sakura flavor by combining techniques that have been handed down from generation to generation with the techniques he has honed himself. He is also constantly striving to improve the quality of his sake so that he can deliver it to everyone in a fresh state.
A rich culture creates
The Shonai Plain is a fertile area facing the Sea of Japan, with ideal climatic conditions for growing rice. The long hours of sunlight in the summer and the cold climate covered in snow in the winter make it ideal for growing rice.
More than 130 years of history
Sato Sajiemon Sake Brewery has been involved in sake brewing for over 130 years since its founding in 1890. The experience and knowledge cultivated over this long history are the strengths of our sake brewing.
Since its founding, Sato Sajiemon Sake Brewery has carefully preserved traditional sake brewing techniques.
