How should I store sake?
It is common to store sake in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
What is the shelf life of sake?
Unopened sake does not have a best-before date if stored in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator. However, the quality will deteriorate, so we recommend drinking it within a month.
